Shipping policy

Due to the increased demand from our official product launch [November 1 2021], please allow up to two (2) weeks for orders to be fully processed and shipped. This is for all orders placed today thru November 30 2021. We expect to have our standard shipping policy below to be effective December 1 2021.

Standard Shipping Policy [effective December 1 2021]:

We ship from our warehouse in California, within 5-7 business days. We currently ship to the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We plan to expand shipping support to additional countries early 2022, so please send us a note and let us know where you'd like us to go next!

Orders shipping within the continental United States are expected to reach your destination within 10-15 business days, depending on the shipping option you select.

For any custom work, please expect an additional 7-10 business days. Our top priority is to ensure timely processing, while still providing the best possible quality product to each and every customer.

Shipping Costs

• The Guitar Necktie covers the fist 15% of your shipping costs on every transaction, for any shipping choice. The remaining shipping amount will be paid by the Customer. 

Local Delivery

We currently offer local delivery within 20miles of San Francisco, CA for a flat fee of $15.

Upon receipt of your transaction, you will hear from us within 2 business days to arrange a day and time window for your delivery. If more than 3 business days have passed and you have not heard from us, please email us to arrange your local delivery as soon as possible.
